Isabel Richiusa

is a Swiss-born and raised jazz-pop singer, improviser, lyricist, composer, and artist with roots in Spain and Sicily. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Jazz Vocals at the Zurich University of the Arts in 2020 and earned her Master's degree in Jazz Vocal Performance and Producing at the Jazzcampus in Basel in 2023. In 2025, she completed her studies in Music Pedagogy at the Jazzcampus and has been working as a vocal teacher. For the past five years, Isabel has been living in Basel in the city’s musicians’ quarter.

Alongside her passion and profession as a musician, she enjoys photography, nature, meditation, minimalism, ceramics, dancing, design, writing poetry, creating homemade oil blends and creams and all that is possible to do with earth materials, matcha, visiting museums and arthouse cinemas, and the scent of sandalwood. She cherishes spending time with her family and friends-who-are-family, talking to humans and has a deep interest in arts, culture, and politics.
